-GITE FRAMBOISINE - floor R -1, for up to 10 people
-GITE GALIANOR - ground and first floors, for up to 14 people.
These two gites are separated by a fireproof slab and a fireproof door

-CHALET GALIANOR complete - rental of the 2 gites listed below for a capacity of 24 people.

Please find below the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to all bookings and transactions made in our establishment.
By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to abide by them.

🗓 Booking
Any reservation made on our website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please provide complete information (contact details, dates of stay, number of people, etc.).
Your reservation will be confirmed only after you have received a confirmation e-mail. If this is not the case, please contact us at [telephone number / e-mail].

🕒 Arrival & Departure
Arrival: from 4.00 pm (early check-in possible, subject to availability).
Check-out: before 10:00 (late check-out possible with surcharge and on request).

💳 Rates & Payments
30% of the total amount will be debited after booking.
The remaining 70% will be debited 30 days before arrival.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

💼 Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted from your credit card on the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified.
It will be returned within 30 days after departure, subject to the inventory of fixtures.

🧾 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation conditions depend on the type of booking.
Any refunds will be made within XX working days.
100% if cancelled 60 days before your stay
50% of the amount if cancelled between 30-59 days
0% <30 days

⚠️ No refunds will be made for early departures or unused nights, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation insurance
Customers are encouraged to take out cancellation insurance (Chapka type, AIG etc.), which is optional but highly recommended.

Duration of stay : The tenant who signs the present contract concluded for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay

Cancellation by the owner : The owner will refund all sums paid,

Arrival : The tenant must arrive on the day and at the time specified on the present contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform the owner.

Inventory of fixtures: An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the state of the premises.
The state of cleanliness of the gîte on the tenant's arrival must be noted in the inventory. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the premises during the rental period and before departure. The amount of any cleaning charges is established on the basis of the calculation mentioned in the description sheet.

🧳 Customer responsibilities
Respect for the rules of the establishment and for other guests.
Responsibility for the cleanliness of the accommodation.
The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage of personal objects.

We do our best to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
In the event of a problem, please let us know immediately so that we can take action.

🔇 Respect for neighbors & peace of mind
Our chalet is located in a quiet environment, with neighboring homes nearby. To ensure everyone's comfort:
Noisy parties and evenings are strictly forbidden.
The chalet is not suitable for festive events such as DJ parties, lively birthday parties or stag/daughter parties.
We ask you to respect the quiet after 10pm, both outside (terrace, balconies, garden) and inside.
Failure to do so may result in the owner's intervention, or even the interruption of your stay.

Please respect the instructions for using the facilities.

🐾 Pets
Adapted accommodation available.
Fee of €50 per stay (non-refundable).

🚭 Non-smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.
Outdoor smoking areas are provided.
Cleaning charges may apply in the event of non-compliance.

🌪 Unforeseen circumstances
In the event of exceptional events (natural disasters, pandemic, etc.), cancellation conditions may be adapted.
The host declines all responsibility in the event of injury, loss or theft of personal belongings.
Visitors must take out civil liability insurance.
The chalet comprises two independent gîtes, each with its own interior spaces: kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedrooms.
If only one gite is booked, the outside areas can be shared with ease: garden relaxation area, children's play area, ski room, or pétanque court under the fir trees.

Insurance: Tenants are responsible for all damage caused by their own actions. He/she must be covered by a holiday-type insurance policy for these various risks.

Capacity: The present contract is drawn up for a maximum capacity of persons. If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse to accept additional guests. Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered at the customer's initiative.
Occupancy is strictly limited to the maximum capacity of each gîte.
Renting only one gîte does not give access to the interior spaces of the other.
